BT activated ADSL Broadband at the Blackmooor Exchange on 5th May, 2004.

Check with your ISP for availability if you are on the outskirts of the exchange such as at Empshott Green or look at BT Wholesale's availablity to check your particular phone line. It is certainly practical to have up to 8Mb/s ADSL on Stairs Hill.

I also have my phone through PlusNet using "Anytime+". This includes line rental, 1000 minutes a month of calls at anytime of day to Local or National numbers including up to 300 minutes to 20 internatonal destinations including most of Europe, USA, New Zealand, Australia all for £15/month.
